Routine Checkup Terms

Techguy911 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time depending on the circumstance.

Full payment for the initial service and the annual renewal is due upon completion of the service.

The Techguy911 Routine Checkup subscription program is a preventative maintenance service designed to enhance the performance, health and security of your computer system.

Routine Checkup is not a warranty against damages, hardware or software failure or any other possible system problems caused by either normal use, accidental damage or user error.

The Routine Checkup program only includes the services listed. Any additional services or hardware upgrades and installation will occur aditional charges.

Any additional service calls or repairs required will be billed at regular Techguy911 rates, less any applied discounts.

Free virus removal proceedures may involve standard virus removal, system restore to a previous system image or complete system reinstall at Techguy911's discretion based on the level of infection or damage to system files.

Successful data backup, drive imaging, drive copying and data transfer depends on health and integrity of your hard drive. If a clean backup is not possible due to a failing hard drive, Techguy911 will contact the client with suggestions before proceeding.
